Breathe in Love:Breathe out Forgiveness.
Breath in Love, Breath out Forgiveness. Breathing sounds so simple. We breathe to survive; we breathe in and we breathe out, without even thinking. Yet, focused breath is another matter entirely. Focused breathing takes discipline to set the intention on the breath. Focused breathing invites us within and offers us a moment to quite the mind. Breath invites us to breathe into the unconditional love within each one of us. Focused breathing almost invites a love meditation of release through forgiveness. Each breath offers us the love to forgive ourselves and others of anything less than loving. Each breath opens awareness. Each awareness produces a new dimension of thinking; perhaps even a shift; but hopefully, in the least, a new perspective. Most vitally though, focused breathing offers us a path of love for our healing. Breathe in Love, Breathe out Forgiveness.
